Drone Roof Inspection
A drone roof inspection, also known as a drone roof survey, is a process that uses a drone to take photos of a building's roof from the air. The photos can be used to assess the condition of the roof's exterior coverings, chimneys, vents, skylights, and other roof penetrations. This can help identify potential issues and areas of concern.
Drone roof inspections can be a safer alternative to manual inspections, as they reduce the risk of accidents and can replace manual labor for work at height. They can also be more efficient and help roofers save time and money. Drones can capture high-resolution images and videos, and some can also be equipped with rangefinders and measurement systems to provide accurate measurements. This can help identify signs of surface damage, such as cracks, peeling, or missing shingles.
